Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Hosted sites are expected to conform to our policy on appropriate use
of the Internet and our servers. By using any of the services provided
by Kris Terr Enterprises you are bound by and must follow our Acceptable
Use Policy.
Kris Terr Enterprises reserves the right to immediately suspend or
cancel any account that violates the policies in our AUP, or other
abusive activities that may not be listed in our AUP. When an account is
suspended the web service and FTP service for it is stopped. When an
account is cancelled, DNS service is stopped; and all directories and
email accounts are deleted from our servers. A back up of all websites
are kept for at least 3 months after any termination period.
How Am I invoiced?
- Monthly fees: You are invoiced on or about the 15th of each month for the following month. You may pay by check or credit card (Visa / MasterCard).
- During web design, you are invoiced for partial payments, usually in increments of $200 to $300, and they are due upon receipt. We will continue work on your site when that increment is paid. You may pay by check or credit card. You also may pay using our secured webpage for Visa and MasterCard.
Payment Terms:
- There is a $100.00 minimum down payment on all web design services. This usually covers the look and feel of your website and general layout of the hub of your site. An hourly rate is charged beyond that, unless you have one of our special website packages.
- Payments are accepted by personal or business check, money
orders, and Visa/Mastercard. Please make checks out to either Janet
Poell or Kris Terr Ent.
Monthly fees are due the first of the month and considered late after 10 days. Web design invoices are due upon presentation unless other arrangements have been made. - Any accounts which are not brought current within (30) days after the due date are subject to cancellation without notification, unless arrangements have been made otherwise, and a 1.5%/month fee will be added to the unpaid balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services must be received in writing via the site administrator's email address. Manual confirmation will be sent via email as an extra form of protection. This way we can be certain that the cancellation is coming from the web site owner. Cancellation requests by phone will not be accepted.

Discounts:
We offer a discount to organizations for both web design work and web hosting. Because of these discounts, we will only accept checks and money orders for payments. If you wish to use a credit card then we may opt to change the discount rate.

With your permission, we may use your contact information to inform you of new features and special offers from Kris Terr Enterprises. We will not provide your contact information to unaffiliated third parties without your express permission.

The security of the information you provide to Kris Terr Enterprises is important to us. We use encryption software and other security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of sensitive information under our control. However, KTWebDesigns.com's site includes links to other sites, and when you choose to visit those sites, we are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat user information. In addition, we may permit third parties to offer registration-based services through our site. We are not responsible for the actions and policies of these third parties, and you should review the privacy policies of these parties when supplying personally identifiable information to them.

Kris Terr Enterprises reserves the right to alter our Privacy Policy as business needs require. Any changes will be posted to our web site in a timely manner. This statement and the policies outlined here are not intended to and do not give you any contractual or other legal rights.
